House versus guest is a label on a board, not a tasting note. Named rooms below are the hosts already cited on the brewery list. This page does not say what is pouring tonight.
House beer is made by the room that poured it. A guest tap is someone else's beer on that same bar.
If you came for the brewery, start with house. If you came for a style they do not brew, a guest handle is the honest path. A brewpub or beer bar may run more guest beer than a production room. Beer you ferment at home is house by that same test. See Homebrew starter kit. and is not a guest tap on anyone’s Orlando board.
Ivanhoe Park Brewing, Sideward, Ten10, Crooked Can, Hourglass, Bowigens, Tactical, Deviant Wolfe, RockPit, and Brewlando are production rooms with public pages. Redlight Redlight is a brewpub on Corrine Drive. Cask & Larder is an airport eatery and brewhouse. Read each host for what is house versus guest tonight.
Sideward’s public site says you can drink beer fifty feet from where it was made. That is house beer in that building. Redlight’s public site frames a brewpub and craft beer bar. Guest handles are part of that format. For how those beers are written on a board, see How to read a tap list.
